Terms of Use
1. The service
Tuition Tracker helps tutors and academies record tuition fees, create receipts and send reminders. Your data is stored in your own Google account, and you are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
2. Licence
A paid licence allows one teacher or one academy to use the app with one Google account. You may not resell, share or copy the app, or try to remove its licence checks. Trial and demo use is free and may be limited.
3. Your data and backups
You own your data. Because it is stored in your Google Drive, you keep access to it even if you stop using the app. We recommend using Settings → System → Back Up My Data regularly. We cannot recover data that is deleted from your Google Drive.
4. Messages to parents
You decide which WhatsApp messages to send and to whom. Only message parents and students who have agreed to hear from you.
5. Availability
The app depends on Google services and your internet connection. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
6. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Elevate Digital is not liable for indirect losses, lost fees or data loss arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.
