Collect tuition fees on time. Without the register.
Record payments, send PDF receipts and one-tap WhatsApp fee reminders, all from your phone. Your records stay safe in your own Google Drive.
Everything a tutor needs to get paid
No more chasing fees from memory or a notebook. See who has paid, who hasn't, and remind them in one tap.
One-tap WhatsApp reminders
A list of everyone who hasn't paid this month. Tap once and WhatsApp opens with a polite reminder ready to send.
Professional PDF receipts
Every payment gets a numbered receipt with your academy's name, ready to send to parents on WhatsApp.
See your income at a glance
Monthly and yearly totals, revenue by level, and who is paid, pending or not due yet.
Made for your phone
Install it on your home screen like a normal app. It also works on a laptop.
Your data, your Drive
Everything is saved in a Google Sheet in your own account. Open it, download it or back it up any time.
Late notices in seconds
Create a formal fee-reminder PDF for any student and send it on WhatsApp.
Ready in two minutes
No installation, no training, no new account to remember.
Sign in with Google
Use the Gmail you already have. The app creates your tracker in your own Google Drive.
Record payments as they come
New students are added automatically the first time they pay. A receipt is created for every payment.
Send receipts and reminders
One tap opens WhatsApp with the message written. Check it, press send, done.
Receipts parents take seriously
A clean, numbered receipt for every payment, with your academy's name and contact details.
- Voucher numbers that are never repeated
- Saved in your Google Drive automatically
- Sent to parents on WhatsApp with one tap
- A warning if you're about to record the same fee twice
Built so that even we can't see your data
Tuition Tracker has no database of its own. Your phone talks directly to your Google account.
Only its own files
Google only lets the app open the files it creates for you. Your other Drive files, emails and contacts stay private.
You stay in control
Your Sheet is yours. Download it, share it with an accountant, or delete it whenever you like.
Remove access any time
Disconnect the app from your Google account settings in one click. Read the privacy policy.
