Creating a late notice does not record a payment. It only generates the notice PDF.

General / Branding

Control the tuition identity, app subtitle, currency, theme and time zone.
Use an IANA time zone. This controls dates, current month, payment status and PDFs.

Payments

Control the monthly due date, voucher sequence, payment methods, duplicate warnings and receipt delivery.
One method per line. These become the New Payment dropdown options.
Advanced: Next Voucher Number
Use only when necessary. The system blocks a number that would immediately create an existing voucher.

Students

Choose the tuition levels you use and set defaults for new student profiles.
Disabled levels remain in historical data but disappear from normal navigation and new-entry forms.
Add, remove or rename choices one per line.

Removed Students

Restore a student without opening the hidden Removed Students sheet.
Open this tab to load removed students.

Receipts & Late Notices

Choose the teacher/contact details shown on generated receipts and late notices.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp buttons open a ready-written message in WhatsApp on this phone or computer. You check it and press send yourself, so no WhatsApp Business account or message charges are needed.
With PDF links on, new receipts and late notices are set to “anyone with the link can view” so parents can open them from WhatsApp.
Used for numbers saved like 0300 1234567. Pakistan is 92.

Reload From Google SheetLoads the latest data again, for example after you edited the Sheet directly.

Repair Sheet StructureAdds back any missing tab or header. Never deletes data.

Where your data lives

Everything is saved in a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive, inside the folder named after this app. Nobody else, including the app maker, can see it. You can open, download or back up the Sheet at any time. Please don't rename or reorder its columns.
